How Butterflies Live

We got some little caterpillars in the mail one time

and they grew bigger overnight.

They ate through their web and they crawled through it and then they got turned into chrysalis.

There was only one left but he was building his Chrysalis already. Well, you know, if you want to call it a cocoon you can. And they hatched out,

for real, out of their chrysalis.
And we waited for the four more to come out. They all came out. We kept them for a little while. We saw some red liquid that we thought was blood, but it wasn't. It was wet stuff on the wings that was inside the chrysalis. We put a sponge in there with water and sugar. Then we released them.


When I put my finger inside the cage a butterfly got on my finger. I was actually holding it. For real.

Then all the butterflies flew out. Then I held another butterfly, but his wing had a little hole in it because I was being too rough. And that is all for today for the butterflies.

Now, I want to talk about something else. Things of Yesterday.
Yesterday, of course, momentarily, I went to Recess by Charley. This is when I was kid too, so don't think I went to Recess By Charley when I was grown up. And, of course, you know what was else? This is what was else: Okay, then, now. This is what I was going to say. After Recess I went home and we made some dinner, because you know, I ate lunch at Recess, and I am really good at just figuring out things by just looking at the object. That is because you know I am a scientist. We have a lovely house that we live in. We have a microwave that has silver and black. Also, this is what we ate for breakfast. We ate oil biscuits for breakfast, with syrup. Well, Julia had jelly. You can call it jam. And, of course, we have eggs about like 16 eggs. And, also we have, tootsie rolls too. And we have smarties and jelly beans and barely any bubble gum. And you remember my pets don't you. Speedy and Flemm the snake and the fish. Speedy I don't think you remember. He is the fish. And Flemm is the snake. Also we call him a ball python and Speedy is a beta. We have about like 13 knives and 1 pair of black scissors. We also have other scissors too that are not black. We have red and purple and black scissors, too.
